4 Affordable Omega Watches

Over the years, Omega has been part of the luxury watch movement, dazzling enthusiasts with excellent timepieces. One of the most iconic models from the company is the famous chronograph, also referred to as the Omega Moonwatch. While many luxury watch models have been made since the company was established, people worldwide have wondered which are the most affordable Omega watches. It can be challenging to determine the most affordable timepieces, with new watches being manufactured yearly. However, the experts at Atlanta Luxury Watches have come up with a list of four watches that will impress both seasoned and new collectors.

Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional

This one-of-a-kind watch was launched in 1957 and is synonymous with adventure and spaceflight. The design was changed across the decades, making it a globally recognized timepiece. The latest updates to the Speedmaster were made in 2021, featuring a distinctive black dial covered by sapphire crystals or hesalite. It still maintained the trademark thin hour and minute hands, 30-minute and 12-hour recorders, a small seconds subdial, and a central chronograph seconds hand. The black bezel with a tachymeter scale is mounted on a 42mm stainless case that's water-resistant up to 50 meters.

Omega Constellation Co-Axial

Omega launched the Constellation model in 1952, but in the United States, the timepiece was referred to as the Globemaster due to a trademark conflict that was resolved four years after it was launched. The watch had the dome of the Geneva Observatory, which served as the family crest. This was after Omega broke its previous precision record during the last year. The design comprised eight stars surrounding the dome, representing the company's chronometric achievements in the world's observatories. In 2007, Omega introduced the Co-Axial calibers, which had unique and new escapements that offered less friction, excellent chronometric performance, and greater mechanical efficiency.

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Master Co-Axial

This unique and robust timepiece has clean and distinctive lines, making the Aqua Terra 150 M collection resemble the beautiful wooden decks found on the finest sailboats. The watch contains a 41mm case with a range of unique features, such as an Omega Co-Axial caliber 8916 COSC-certified chronometer movement, which is made specifically to resist magnetic fields greater than 15,000 gausses. This watch is different from other antimagnetic watches because it can be viewed through a transparent case back.

Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600 M Master Chronometer

Omega is known for high performance under the sea as it is in space, and the Seamaster Planet is a testament to this ingenuity. Omega launched the Marine in 1932, recognized by many as the first watch for the ground up or ground down to be used specifically for deep-sea dives. Since then, Omega timepieces have accompanied explorers on many adventures into the deep. In 2005, the brand expanded its maritime legacy by launching the Planet Ocean line, where the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600 M was designed to pay homage to the company's dive watch heritage. This model features a 43.5mm stainless steel case and black ceramic unidirectional rotating dive bezels. It contains a helium-escape valve, the mark of an authentic professional diving timepiece.
